The terraces face the pool (16 sqm, open from 15.4.-1.10.). The house offers three bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, and central heating. The ground floor features a modern living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. The garden has sun loungers, umbrellas, and children's games. Private parking for three cars is available. The villa accommodates 6+2 people and is pet-friendly. Located 15 km from Rovinj, 25 km from Poreč, and 30 km from Pula Airport.
