"This place was excellent for my family to just unplug. Only 10 mins from downtown Baldwin, 10 mins from lakes like Cecilia and Big Star, and a few short mins from Ruby Creek Tavern. Perfect spot to feel away from everything, and yet feel like everything is still in reach. I will definitely be staying there again."

"House was nice and new updated, but missing some basic: cleaning supplies, plunger, end tables in bedrooms. Disappointed front yard was not mowed and thistles were growing over onto dock. Perfect for pets that front yard is fenced in, but be careful as the house is next to the highway. Very noisy. I loved the hot tub and having laundry on site. The lake was nice, very small and muck bottom. "

"Beautiful cottage, spotlessly maintained! 100% as described. Beautiful view of "the bayou" with the fall colors. 2 pair of binoculars available for bird watching was a great perk! We watched a snowy egret AND a bald eagle fishing in the waters...awesome! Only downside was lots of Canadian geese AND tons of their droppings down by the dock and fire ring which made us stay up closer to the house or our dog would have been rolling in it evey day. "Heather was great to work with, very quick to respond to all of our questions. The house is very large and will easily accommodate 9 or 10 guests, spread over three levels. Kitchen is well stocked and overall the house is very comfortable. Had a nice selection of games and movies.
