"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"Perfect weekend away with friends. Location was ideal and within walking distance to beach and trails. All communication with Michelle was prompt and helpful. House had many amenities including cute outdoor space with firepit, fire tables and a very clean hot tub. Beds and linens were comfortable. "

"This lake house is as close to perfection as it gets! I stayed there for 3 weeks and had friends and family come and go as this lake house is only an hour away from Vaughan. The decor was absolutely stunning - a modern farmhouse look and feel. The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. "Our group had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable time at Ethan's cottage. The place is exactly as described and as pictured in the post. It is very clean and well-furnished to host large groups. There was more than enough dishes, utensils, glassware and linens to comfortably house our large group. We frequently rent cottages and Ethan's cottage is the cleanest and best one we've rented.
