"Our stay was good. Everything that was needed was there. The house is rustic and dark, having a total of two windows in one of the rooms. The biggest negative was not having control of the AC/heater. The instructions said to keep the thermostat at certain temperatures. There was no thermostat. We inquired about it, and were told that they would adjust to our satisfaction via remote. It got hot during the night. No way that I’m waking somebody up. This should be rethought. "We recently went to Belleville to be with family. "The Loft " is everything you see in the photos online and more. The location is perfect with plenty to see and do. The little coffee shop right next door just enhanced the stay. I can not think of a single thing we needed that had not been provided by the hosts. Stay here you will not be disappointed. "

"My best friend of 50 years and I spent four days at this lovely house. The hosts were wonderful; answered any questions we had very promptly. We are both in our 70s and the stairs were more of a challenge than I had anticipated from the pictures, but we managed. The house is lovely, the grounds are great and the fishing was awesome. We would definitely recommend this or a quiet getaway, especially if you like to fish."
