Welcome to The Sea Glass on Bald Head Island!
This is an idyllic retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the island. Conveniently located midway between the marina and central market, this house offers a serene setting amidst Live Oaks, Spanish Moss and Sabal Palms.
This spacious house features a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with fully stocked essentials for preparing family meals. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an ensuite Queen bedroom located downstairs. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. This includes a King in the master suite. There is a screened porch in the back, with a hammock, perfect for enjoying the surrounding forest and wildlife.
If you need to stay connected during your stay, the house has excellent internet service. There are books, board games and children's toys. There are two 4-passenger golf carts for use during your stay. This house does not have any club memberships. Our favorite things to do on the island include going to the beach, taking walks in the maritime forest, visiting the Old Baldy Lighthouse and walking to Midway Coffee in the morning to grab a latte.
The Sea Glass is the ideal retreat for some time away to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We hope that you will love it as much as we do!

Perfect getaway!
Our family of four loved staying at this beautiful home on BHI! The central location made exploring the island easy in all directions and we really enjoyed that the front porch was elevated so that we could sit in the rocking chairs and watch the carts and bicycles pass along the main road. Everything was just as described in the listing and the home was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the beautiful and comfortable furniture and lovely decor. The linens and bedding were great. We especially appreciated that the rental came with beach bikes because that is our favorite thing to do on Bald Head as a family! We'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Great BHI property
We loved this house for its comfortable set up and perfect location. Spent lots of time exploring, beaching and cooking. The kitchen layout is kind of eccentric, especially for the less statuesque of us, but there is a beyond handy stepladder.

Well equipped home
Very clean , nice location . House is stocked very nicely with laundry / dish / towels etc. screen porch was lovely. House of this size does need a 6 person cart - based on the condition of one golf cart I suspect this upgrade will happen soon. Bikes were great . Bring your own beach chairs - there were not quite enough and not comfortable . Overall we had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable in the house !

Great stay on BHI
It was another great stay on baldhead Island. This house is centrally located to both the beach and the marsh areas. It is also very close to the grocery store and other shopping opportunities. It was very comfortable for our family. The owners were gracious and responsive. Thank you so much for everything!
