"Good, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room service is expensive. Great open buffet breakfast. Spa and thermal water facilities were not at the same level of quality or cleanliness (was truly disappointed, and ended up not using the spa, pool etc. even though my main reason for picking this hotel over others was the onsite thermal pool). "

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...
