"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it!
