Visit our freestanding 120 m² -Villa, 300m to the beach with natural forest. 1st row. Nature, culture and rest on municipal boundary of Balchik! Hollywood director Francis Ford Copollas tip: 'Balchik is one of the last undestroyed paradises on earth': Like San Tropez earlier. Picturesque artists port town full of antiquities with mountain roads and miles of promenade and many fish restaurants (ridiculous prices). The second most famous Botanic Garden in the world (but more beautiful than the No.1 in Monte Carlo) with the Royal Palace. Protected South Bay.
It is not hectic, but leisurely and calm. Each floor is 45 m² and is furnished separately for each family of 2 (-3) people, but can be linked. Ideal for 2 friends or families as Parent / adult children who want to holiday together, but don't want to share their intimacy. In Ground floor Studio: Supplement for 1 person.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren zu fünft da und haben unseren gemeinsamen Familienurlaub sehr genossen. Wir hatten genug Platz und die Ausstattung, insbesondere die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnte Waschmaschine, war sehr gut. Uns hat nichts gefehlt zum Kochen, Grillen und Strand gehen. Schön waren die beiden vorhandenen Sonnenschirme, die wir durch zwei eigene ergänzt haben. Toll fanden wir die ruhige Lage, verbunden mit der interessanten Anfahrt und dem Weg zum Strand. Der Strand war sauber und nicht überlaufen. alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Familienurlaub

Gut erholt und etspannt!
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 4 und 8 Jahren für 14 Tage im Juli vor Ort. Wir sind direkt ab Bremen mit Germania geflogen und wurden in Varna von Helmut abgeholt. Zusammen mit seiner Frau Helga kümmert die Beiden sich um das Haus. Die gut halbstündige Fahrt vom Flughafen verlief gut und wir konnten uns die endlos blühenden Sonnenblumenfelder ansehen. Sehr nett. Das Haus hatte alles zu bieten, was wir in den 14 Tagen brauchten. Man könnte das Haus auch mit zwei Familien nutzen, wir fanden es aber richtig, das Haus komplett zu mieten. Oben schlafen und die 1. Etage zum kochen und wohnen nutzen. Die Nachbarn waren allesamt sehr nett. Mit der irischen Familierechts neben uns, Deirdre, Margereth, John, Michael und Ailisch, haben wir uns angefreundet und nette Abende verbracht. Das ältere Ehepaar hinter dem Haus hat uns mit sehr leckerem Gemüse versorgt und die nette Bulgarin links war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Strand war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gute 20 Minuten hin, mit der Steiltreppe zwischen drin. Der Strand war gut. Flaches Wasser, so dass die Kinder gut im Wasser spielen konnten. Der Weg zurück war etwas "anstrengender"...Auf der Hälfte des Weges gibt es einen Eisladen, da wurde immer eingekehrt und geschlemmt. Das musste sein bei dem Wetter und Aufstieg. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Albena und Balchik gemacht. Nach Balchik sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren. Pro Person ca. 80 Studinki. Eingekauft haben wir den ersten Tag in Balchik bei Penny. Die weiteren Einkäufe haben wir dann oben an der Straße getätigt. Da bekommt man auch alles, was man braucht. Man kann sich oben beim Laden einen Getränk holen, hinsetzen und auch mal im WLAN-Netz seine Mails abrufen. Sofern man in den 14 Tagen nicht darauf verzichten kann. Wir haben die Tage mit herrlichem Nichtstun verbracht. Lange schlafen, in Ruhe Frühstücken, Strand, lesen, abends auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Kinder haben toll gespielt und ihnen war in den 14 tagen nicht einmal langweilig. Ein super Familenurlaub und nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Feriendomizil
Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung mit unseren drei Kinder (8,10,12) und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rand einer ruhigen Feriensiedlung, wo wir auch unser eigenes Auto "ohne Angst zu haben" parken konnten. Die Strände direkt vor Ort (Albena über die Treppe) sowie in der nahen Umgebung sind sehr schön gelegen. Gute Strandrestaurants / Bars sorgen für das kulinarische Wohlbefinden (Meeresfrüchte, Salate,...). Für die Strandbesuche einfach die Treppe hinunter, am Küstenweg 300 Meter entlang, wo man dann an den Rand von Albenas Strand trifft (Dann sucht man sich einen passendes Plätzchen am Strand, vielleicht direkt vor dem Moby Dick). Wenn man dann "Leben" haben möchte, geht man einfach an der Strandpromenade weiter, wo sich dann im Zentrum die typischen Straßenläden, Restaurants und Hupfburgen, Kartbahnen etc. aneinanderreihen. Wenn man dann wieder seine Ruhe haben will, geht man zurück zum Ferienhaus und legt man sich in den Liegestuhl. Den Kinder und uns hat es super gut gefallen und machen wir gerne wieder. (Eine gutes Mischung zwischen ruhigen Strandurlaub mit Trübel in der näheren Umgebung).

Bulgarische Ruhe
Das Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte) befindet sich am Rand einer verschlafenen Feriensiedlung, die näher an Albena als an Balchik liegt. Die Infrastruktur der Siedlung ist mäßig, teilweise sind die Straßen nicht asphaltiert, es gibt nur drei sehr kleine Einkaufsläden und leider nur ein kleines Restaurant. Ein Auto ist deshalb unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Strandpromenade hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, der Weg ist stellenweise beschädigt und von zwei ehemaligen Strandbars sind nur noch Ruinen übrig. Der Strand selbst ist wenig frequentiert und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung im 1. OG ist insgesamt gut (erwähnenswert: Spülmaschine, viel Geschirr, Sat-TV), das Badezimmer ist jedoch unterer Standard. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet einen schönen Ausblick.

Sehr erholsam und ruhig !
Wir konnten herrlich abschalten auf der Terrasse und im Garten und mit langen Strandtagen, flachem Wasser für Kinder und ohne Massentrubel. Richtig schön einsam in der Natur gelegen. Bei Vollmond spiegelt sich das Meer so romantisch. Die Treppe an der Steilküste sollten die Kinder aber schon selbst ersteigen können. Die Sea-View-Villa ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist perfekt. Balchick ist in nur 10 Autominuten total atemberaubend: Dort ist viel Exotik zu sehen an der langen Promenade. Ana

bulgarien balchik
´Wir waren in 2008 2 wochen in dieses ferienwohnung und es war sehr schön. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mann geniesst die natur rum drum. Wir haben 2 kinder 4 und 6 jahre die es auch genossen haben. Wir würden ein Mietwagen empfehlen damit alles einfacher zu erreichen ist. Supermarkt ist um der ecke und auf dem weg dorthin gibt es viele Obstbäume wovon mann essen kann. Danke und viel spass
