"Close location to downtown, great Bishop Arts district location with restaurants and shops. House is very clean, and accommodating. Live-in tenant down stairs is friendly but dog barks a lot at strangers. Driveway and parking is very narrow and difficult to navigating in poor weather. "

"The location is certainly excellent. Accessible to everything that we were hoping for. Restaurants, the United Center for the basketball game we came to attend. Property needs a bit of a facelift. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Whole foods right across the street was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens. Remote controls for the TVs were all dead so we had to buy our own AAA batteries which was kind of. M annoying.k Propefacelift"

"Our 3-night stay at this beautiful & spacious townhome was fantastic! Check in was easy & the host was very prompt w all communication. Townhome is spacious - all furniture is extra comfortable, windows provide great lighting during the day & ample lighting in all rooms at night – extremely clean, décor is tasteful & pleasing - pictures on web site are accurate. "We were in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this home for over 2 weeks. Nice home and location. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Layout with 2 living areas was perfect for our family. Host was very responsive. We hope to visit again!"

"The house is fantastic. It has everything you would need during your stay and then some. The owners of the house are quick to respond to questions. The house was extremely clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. The linens are soft. Everything was perfect!"

"We had a group of 9 people with plenty of space and places to sleep. The amenities were more than enough to sit back and relax without even leaving the house! It is even in close proximity to go out without long travel times. The game room made great time and memories, along with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend for those trying to stay in the Dallas area."

"I enjoyed my stay here! Communication was great with the host, trying to get in was a little difficult but the host directed me through. Place was exactly like the pictures and described, didn’t really like the parking it was on the hill and scraped up my car so I had to park on the street. Overall 8/10"
