"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette cabane ! L'endroit est charmant, cosy et très agréable. Le cadre est parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Le repas était délicieux, bien préparé et copieux, tout comme le petit déjeuner qui nous a bien régalés pour démarrer la journée. Le jacuzzi était un vrai plus, idéal pour se relaxer en pleine nature. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une expérience reposante et inoubliable. À refaire sans hésitation !"

"Very nice place and super sweet and serviceminded hosts. The Price however was way over the normal standard. But it could be Ok, if the hotel was excellent. The website said aircondition, but there was no Aircondition. It also said pool, but it was green and not fit to swin in. "Great experience at this beautiful place. Xavier and his wife could not have done more to make us feel welcome. This was a really good break from usual business hotels, great evening / dinner with owners and other guests ending with a courtesy tour of the estate in a golf buggy, we will certainly remember our stay. "The website said that the location was "Behind the Maire in Savigny". We came off the A89 to head south to Savigny. After traversing many farm tracks and minor roads eventually ending up at Savigny. We could not find the address there behind the Mārie and in desperation rang Madame Boisel for directions from the centre of Savigny. "We stayed at the house for a week with a group of 9 friends. The house itself was great! We were kindly welcomed by Jean Pierre who gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. The ruins of Donzy are nice to visit, and the hilly region is beautiful to walk through. Otherwise there is little to do for tourists in Panissières itself, it's just a regular French village. Luckily there are large cities (Lyon and Saint-Etienne) within a one hour drive. The same goes for the Beaujolais wine...

"The house is located on top of a hill surrounded by beautiful countryside. The owners who live next door were very kind and helpful. There are only two houses on that hill. They are totally isolated, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is well equiped with everything you need. We spent a lovely week. Château de la Roche is worth a visit, as well as Lyon easily reachable by train from Tarare a town half an hour away from the gîte. ."
