" The sheets and pillowcases were a disgrace stained, dirty, we had to do a linen change in the middle of the night taking the best off an adjoining room and picking the best of both lots to try and get something that was a little bit cleaned. "The listing says you can bring 1 dog, but the owner said, at first, that our dog was too big (19kg) labradoodle and that we can't stay. But then he changed his mind and said we could stay for a small extra fee. We had to fill out the paperwork, and he had to take our ID cards to an office to copy before check-in. The place was musty, and the windows did not have screens on them. There were lots of spiders as well. The host ended up being really kind and generous! He offered us a late check out...

"This accomadation was truly unique in that it gave direct easy access to the Balaton lake and also the main road with easy parking. It felt like home away from home with wonderful kitchen, incredible shower (often rare in Europe) and cozy amenities such as a swedish dry sauna and large screen TVs. The picnic basket breakfast were a special touch and complimentary use of the bikes was wonderful A great value overall and i would stay again... and again."

"Lovely clean apartment, well equipped. Some distance from train station, which was more than expected. Reception staff did not speak English, but this did not affect our stay in any way. We all really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation!"
