"This a a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable in all areas, plenty of outside furniture around the pool. It's quite a climb up from the town (conversely an easy downhill walk into town which takes 10 mins). The upper terrace offers a wonderful view of the whole bay, the beach is an easy bus ride away or a slightly longer walk. We felt the handover was a bit rushed though, however communication with the owner was, on the whole, good."

" Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"A wonderful huge property, extremely well equipped including a pool table. The house manager met us (as arranged) and guided up through the facilities of the house. The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. It is also perfectly placed to enjoy lakes and mountains and the coast. Finaly it is only a short drive to the medeival cities of Beziers and Carcassonne."

"This is a new Villa which is very close to the beach 5 mins walk, Set in a quiet street, usually but we had a building being put up next to us so it was noisy and dusty. This will be completed soon so should not cause a problem in the future. It would benefit from some better sun chairs for the garden, Also the security deposit is much higher than anywhere I have been in France. "Huge house with tons of character. It’s got everything you need to make a fantastic holiday. The enclosed pool area is such an amazing sun trap. It was really windy for a couple of days but not a breath was felt around the pool. Out of the bedroom windows you wake up to the sight of vines in front of the Etang de Thau. I definitely would come back."
