"Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Hotel is nice however we had heating issues with our shower and close to non-existent Wifi or phone signal in our room (apparently their routers don’t work well with Apple products?). Breakfast buffet had many offerings however as delicious as they looked unfortunately it didn’t deliver in taste. Still a pleasant stay at Soto Grande though as their customer service made up for it."

"Whenever we visit the Philippines, we stay at Camp John Hay. We feel safe here. I like the fact that they have Drivers’ Quarters. They do need to provide face, hand towels and a box of kleenex. Their staff are courteous. "

"I like the free breakfast. I don't like the condition of the room and furniture's. The wooden bed post is damaged by termites and the linens and towels are too old. Management/owner should invest on getting new beds, towels and linens and fix the door locks for the rooms and emergency exit doors."

"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). "We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. "
