Hostele ulaştığımızda bizi Hayale hanım karşıladı. Gayet sıcak bir karşılamaydı. Biz iki kişilik olan ayrı odalarını tercih etmiştik. Arkadaşım için ilk yurt dışı ve ilk hostel deneyimi olacaktı. Odamız internette gördüğümüz ve sunulan özelliklere sahip değildi. Bu yüzden burada konaklayamayacağımızı söyledik. Bizden hostel için 4 gecelik fiyat alınmıştı. Biz de bir gece için ücretlendirme yapıp diğer 3 gecenin iadesini talep ettik. Ben hostelin müdürü Gülşen hanımla telefonda da görüştüm. Durumu izah ettim. Biz hostel de hiç kalmadan ,başka bir yer bulup 16 sı akşamı ayrıldık. Bana gelen hostel puanlamasında memnuniyetsiz olduğumuz durumları da ona göre doldurdum. Hayale hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi. Onun için kendisine de teşekkür ettik. Hostelden ayrılışımızında kendileriyle bir ilgisi olmadığı belitttik. Hosteli tavsiye üzerine tercih ettik. Konumu mükemmel. Çalışanlarla çok da tanışma fırsatımız olmadı. Daha sonra Hotels.com ‘u aradım. Paramızın en azından 3 gecesinin iadesi için. Ama olumlu bir sonuç alamadım. Görüşmelerin sonucunda anladığım kadarıyla , yapmış olduğum puanlamadan pek memnun kalmamışlar. Oysa ki her görüşe saygı duyup, eleştirilere açık olmaları gerekiyor.
