"Staff is nice and despite what it looks like on the outside, it's quite nice on the inside. Room had a weird smell throughout my stay. Beds aren't too comfy but you get used to it. You get what you paid for basically. Walls are thin and despite having two doors, you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and sometimes your neighbors. Other than that, if you want a cheap hotel to just sleep at night, this would be it. I didn't use the amenities as I was out most of the time lol. Overall...

"It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt.
