"We were in Hixson for a family get together. The home is spacious. Bathrooms have been updated and are quite nice. We spent the majority of our time in the sunroom and enjoyed having the trees in the background. There was a slight view of the lake. We even saw deer on occasion. The location provides easy access to surrounding areas. The home is near a major road in Hixson, so there is some road noise. However, we would definitely stay there again "

"We had a big group of adults with cars on a climbing trip - this property was big enough to be comfy for all of us, plenty of space and 4 bathrooms so no fighting over showers, lots of parking. There's only 1 key so we had to do a bit of negotiation when we went separate ways during the day, but that was minor. Overall we loved this spot and would stay again."

"My family traveled through for a one night stay and we enjoyed the space. Plenty of room for our Lab and 3 kids and grandparents to run around. A 2 minute car ride to Walmart and close for delivery. The street noise didn't bother us. I actually enjoyed sipping the coffee they left for us (thank you) and watching the cars drive by while the sun rose. Not a lot of traffic noise. "The property was a nice size for four adults and two small children. It was very clean. Communication with the property manager was easy. It was also a great gathering place for a large Thanksgiving dinner with our other three adult children and spouses who live in the area. I have to say that the acoustics in the living area and kitchen are very very loud due to concrete floors on the lower level and absolutely NO curtains or blinds in the main living area, which I found disconcerting.
