"Very clean and brand new hotel! It feels like home and for the first time I have slept well in hotels because of the mattress. I have to admit that this property better than most of the three or four stars hotel. The biggest and only drawback of this hotel is that is located middle of an industrial area where city connection is a bit difficult. However, nearby there is a train station 'Melsdorf' where it makes travelling quite easier. "

"Beautiful room upstairs in the alcove with sitting area. Temperature perfect Loved the spa facilities, like the pool the sauna the steam baths Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfasts really good with huge variety We made use of the bar as well, which has a nice variety of drinks "

"Excellent location for an overnight stop enroute to Denmark and with the bonus of a great view overlooking the Kiel Canal. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we have met on our travels. "

"The room was on the next street in apartment block. No elevator and I was on the (top) 3rd floor. No carpets anywhere so very noisy when opening/ closing doors etc. room had a fan which was needed but no air con. No kettle or coffee machine. Clean/ new but too sparse for my liking. I was unable to book the ‘ nicer’ rooms at the actual hotel. A nice hotel overall but staying in apartment wasn’t to my personal liking. Sorry! "

"Hotellet levede overhovedet ikke op til forventningerne. Havde bestilt comfort værelse med balkon, men fik et mørkt standardværelse hvor der intet lys kom ind. Dette var dog en misforståelse med hotel.com ( vi fik efterfølgerne kompensation ), men hotellet kunne se vi havde betal for værelse med balkon. Cafe og restaurant var lukket ned. Terrassen var fyldt med ukrudt og gamle servietter flød på fliserne. Askebærger blev ikke tømt. Morgenmaden var elendig, og man fik en kop kaffe , og skulle lede efter personale for at få en ekstra kop. "

"Breakfast was not worth the cost, bed was great, setting was excellent, long way from town, staff was great, plenty of hot water, very quiet."
