"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"Old hotel in need of modernisation, bathroom very small and old. Staff were fantastic, so very kind and helpful. Very noisy at night from a cafe next door that never seems to close."

A entrada do hotel andino estava suja, também o quarto estava sujo e as cadeiras rasgadas. Optamos pelo Hotel Pacífico muito melhor. Os atendentes são pessoas ótimas, assim como o dono do Hotel que nos ajudaram muito."

"Desde el año pasado voy todos los meses y la pileta jamas estuvo habilitada. Solicitamos camas individuales porque vamos en grupo de adltas y nos pusieron cuchetas muy incomodas. No andan los calefactores ni el aire frio calor. Tampoco anduvo bien la ducha ni agua caliente"

"Nice and comfortable hotel. A little inconvenient that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, but it is a central location on a pedestrian shopping street that closes down around 9 pm so it is very quiet."
