"My family and I really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico. This property was a great set up for us. It was well equipped and offered us space to spread out. The proximity to the Hyatt resort was a bonus. We also enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach. We were here over New Years and were warmly welcomed by the neighbors who are a lovely and close community. Also, Princess is very attentive with her communication."

"This place had everything and then some. Close to ferry and we went to Culebra for the day. Also went to El Yunque an explored the area. The host was very responsive. Felt like home. Neighborhood was very quiet! We had a great stay."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great villa with a beautiful view . When we got there it was easy to get in the key is in a key box right outside the door Jay will send you a code prior to your arrival . Once you open the door the view is just breathtaking . We were there 6 adults and 3 kids and we all were comfortable . There’s 3 floors the 3 rd floor have a roof top patio it’s so cute 🌴teh kitchen is well stock with pots and pans coffee maker etc. Jay was wvery responsive when we had questions and text me back...

"The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. It was located in a agreat location, very close to the beach. Joel was attentive to our needs. There were a few things that didn't work. The light in the family room and the front door-we could not figure out how to open it. We just used the garage and it was fine. "

"This place is incredible. Super easy to check in and get into. The hard is filled with fresh fruit trees. Hammocks to hang out in. Nice cold ac. I was able to communicate with the host during my stay and the response was always fast and very helpful. Would stay here again and highly recommend. "

"This property is one of the coolest places we have ever stayed at. The outdoor layout is like nothing we've ever seen before. The view from the place is amazing. Shower is outside but very private. You have seating areas, hammocks, even a jacuzzi! The bedroom and toilet area are under cover and protected. We felt safe and had a great time. Our host Jay was very helpful with all kinds of great information as to what to do and where to eat in the area. Thanks Jay! Also, you can't beat the price...
