Renovated farmhouse with 3 bedrooms:
- On the ground floor: bedroom with 160 cm bed + bathroom + toilets
-1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed + bathroom + WC. Possibility to add 2 single beds in each of the bedrooms upstairs

Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, TV lounge/dining room + lounge with fireplace, dressing room and laundry room.
Outside, large wooded garden with 11.50 m swimming pool with paddling pool, ideal design for families with children. Hut for children.
The house is located in the Rhône valley, 10 minutes from the A7 motorway, allowing easy access to all the touristic sites in the region (Ardèche Gorges, Drôme Provençale, Vercors and Alps etc.)
