"Though our Apple Maps had a hard time, finding this location, we got there right before they were about to go home for the night. We were surprised the next morning with a gorgeous breakfast spread. The house are wonderful and I even went home with a nice bottle opener, handmade by the proprietor."

"Single rooms may be very small and equipped with something like a couch than a full size bad. Breakfast is very simple - eggs, cheese, sliced ham/sausage, some bread. Not sure breakfast was worth its money. However the rooms were clean, relatively cheap and the city center was in walkable distance."

"The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. "First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."
