"On the Expedia website, it listed this hotel as haveing room for 8 people in the standard room and 13 in the next level room. Also, it listed the standard room as having 4 queen beds. However, initially, I said there were 3 adults and three children ages 12, 17, and 17. Moreover, I messaged the property that we were going to have 4 adults and 3 children. I figured that the property claimed it could handle eight so adding one shouldn’t be a problem. However, when we arrived at the property, the room we were given was a small room, had one queen bed and one small day bed. It could hardly accommodate our party. I complained to manager at the desk who didn’t believe That I booked that room. I showed her the write in Expedia and she took a picture of it with her phone. She insisted I booked the room we were given and that there was a charge for our extra adult. I said that room would not work so she gave us a slightly larger room and brought in small beds for the floor for, charged my card 4 k p. Mind you, the ad said free breakfast, but we would have to pay for the extra persons’s breakfast but the following day, we were only given five free breakfasts saying that it wasn’t the number of booked guests but the number of beds we were given, which was 5. Therefore we would have to pay for two breakfasts. Again, I spoke with the desk about the discrepancy in breakfast but no finally. To my way of thinking this was a scam, the false advertising on Expedia of the sleeps 8."

"Each room looks out to the ocean. The beds are king sized. The staff was super friendly and helpful at cooking adventures for us. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is made fresh and has local and international options. The pool is clean. The hotel sits on a reef with tide pools. We would love to come back and stay again"

"This place was great. We enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful with everything. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The place is a little far but once you get there it’s greatly appreciated. It sits right on the ocean and the view is spectacular!!! They rent motorbikes so it’s easy to get around and visit waterfalls. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I recommend this place to any traveller!"

"The staff was friendly and it was beachside. Very close to the Sumilon Island pier for a wonderful day trip and about 5 mins drive to the main whale watching area. The Main building was ocean front and you could hear the waves crash at night while you sleep. The breakfast was good and dinner had a lot of choices and food was delicious too. Great to have an onsite scuba diving centre and highly recommend to go scuba diving with the whale sharks than waste 2 hours waiting to snorkel 10 mins while you get around 45 mins scuba diving. They can also organise tours to the Kawasan Canyoneering and Tamalog Falls at a reasonable price. Overall a nice basic resort, don’t expect 5 stars like the Sumilon Island as this is not rated as such, but value for money, clean, good food and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The lady had no idea i was coming. I had to show her the receipt from Expedia to prove i booked a room. Breakfast came from her personal fridge so her options were all over the place. As poor of a rating I gave here, this is probably the nicest place and affordable considering there places i was trying to visit. Hot water worked great though. "

"Location was good, just along the highway with an elevated view of the sea. Nice pol with the view of the sea. Take note though that if you are at the lower level rooms, it's a walk up to the beautiful view of the sea, pool area, restaurant, and bar."
