"New complex with apartments & grounds all in pristine condition. Secure free parking close to apartments and good sized swimming pool with warm water for a change even though it was October. A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...

"I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.) They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD (They didn't feel the need to contact me about a prepaid room to say that they are going to leave, so there will be nobody in the building. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. I rebooked based upon a much better previous experience. The lock to my room door broke and I was forced to stay in all day and wait for someone to repair it. "Nice kitchen, very tiny bathroom/shower. Comfortable enough for 1 or 2 nights, not longer. You will pay extra for sheets and linens. Be sure to get there early as the reception door locks and there is no one there at night."

"This is the place if you want to step out of your hotel right onto the beach. A bit away from the main promenades at Grande Motte, but plenty of free parking and a good grocery store within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. "Very disappointed for what was a very expensive two night stay in very basic accommodation. Extra charges for towels and for cleaning (including collect and taking back our own linen). No working aircon which meant really uncomfortable sleep. "

"Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Levant are self-catering apartments less than a minute from the beach. If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed and if you are with a car, it's perfect. The sofa-bed is easily set-up, fresh linen are provided when you check-in and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but you probably stay there in summer anyway).
