"Semanas antes de nuestra llegada, el propietario dijo que teníamos gestos extras (piscina y s´banas). Nuestra sorpresa fue enorme ya que no constaba como pagos extras en las condiciones de la casa. Después de mensajes/llamadas a Vrbo porque el propietario insistía en su pago a nuestra llegada, nos confirmaron que no podían cobrarlo y menos aún desde fuera de la plataforma.
