"Appartement qualitatif avec terrasse et climatisation. Les lits sont confortables et cuisine équipé (micro-onde, mini four, plaque électrique). De plus, il offre des accès illimité à la piscine résidentielle et aux terrains de tennis. Quartier calme et familiale. Accès rapide à plusieurs restaurant, glacier. Proche d'un carrefour et à 5 min en voiture de la plage. Petit bémol, quelques endroits du mobilier étaient assez sale, c'est dommage."

"This apartment has so much character, the photos don't do enough justice! The location is right in the historic centre but the apartment is genuinely quiet, so you won't be disturbed by any noise. Michel is the perfect host who is always available, should you need him. I would highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed, a true gem in the heart of Collioure! Will definitely be back soon."

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Nicole and Michel's apartment with its magnificent views over the Mediterranean from the large terrace. The apartment was well equipped and clean with very effective cooling fans in the bedrooms. Nicole was very helpful throughout and her property manager Danie also provided an excellent service. We hope to be able to stay there again next year. Highly recommended!"

"Très bel accueil, excellent emplacement à un jet de pierre d’une petite plage (galets-apporter chaussures en conséquence). Pas de linges de maison fournis mais on nous a accommodés. Cuisine bien équipée. Une chambre avec un lit double + un grand “divan-lit” très confortable dans le living, adjacent au supermarché. Merci 🙏"

"Nice stay place to stay in collioure. The view from every room is amazing, blue sky and blue sea. A little far from the Collioure downtown if you want to walk and difficult to find parking in the city if not. But overall, nice little apartment to explore the region. "

"L’appartement correspond aux photos. Une très belle vue . La terrasse est superbe. L’appartement est bien agencé, agréable, beaucoup de rangements côté cuisine ce qui est fort appréciable. Alain nous a bien accueillis, explications brèves et suffisantes. Le parking est vraiment un plus, plus.. car pas facile de trouver un stationnement dans la rue. Situation A côté de la plage, commerces, marché, pharmacie, traiteur, Gros Bémol : il faut vraiment revoir le problème des odeurs dans les...
