"Eigentlich nur als Nachtlager während des Reload-Festivals gebucht, waren wir mit dem überaus freundlichen Service, der sehr gepflegten Anlage, den sauberen und geräumigen Zimmern, sowie der ruhigen Umgebung mehr als zufrieden. Unbedingt das leckere und frisch zubereitete Frühstück dazu buchen: Ein Träumchen! Wir werden definitiv wieder einkehren wenn wir in der Nähe sind. "

"Überbucht. Musste die Nacht im voll belegten 4-Bett-Zimmer verbringen. Der Inhaber sagte,er hätte von Expedia keine Nachricht über eine Buchung erhalten,und das nicht zum ersten mal. Bei booking.com gäbe es so etwas nicht. Bin sehr enttäuscht.Dass diese Unterkunft kein Luxushotel ist, war klar. Aber in einem Zimmer für mich allein hätte ich die Nacht gut überstanden."

"The area around the hotel is not very good and I wouldn’t go outside after dark. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean. The front desk staff was hit and miss on helpfulness."

"This was actually a very nice property. Clean and updated and new. We have two kids and four adults and had plenty a room. There was construction outside the building, but once that is done it will be a lot easier to access it. Wonderful place. I would recommend! "

In the heart of the old town

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "
