"The villa is spotless clean. They cleaned up the pool twice during our 1 week stay there. The location is fantastic with really great views to see the sunset. In terms of other things to be aware of: the villa next door is under construction and they did a lot of noise and dust during our stay. Also you'll need a car to go around as it is far away from any restaurants or shops. Not a problem for us, but better to be prepared. "A beautiful home for us to enjoy a peaceful 10 night honeymoon before returning to the cold of Scotland. Perfect seclusion but close to the beach for daily walks. The small village has everything required for self catering but a car is essential to explore the surrounding towns/ area. Sadly our last two days were interrupted with some drilling and work on the adjacent villa rooftops but this was promptly felt with by the owner and the local police. "Stayed in early December 2017, the villa is lovely. All facilities you need are provided by Filipe for a relaxing holiday. The area is nice and quiet but we loved that. There are a couple of larger towns close by for shops etc and we enjoyed nipping there in the mornings and having a coffee with the locals and watching the world go by. All in all a fantastic holiday, we would recommend and would definitely go back sometime. Thanks Filipe!"

"If you want a comfortable stay in an unspoilt village, look no further. We were able to access many areas without having to drive through commercial new builds each day. This is a place with a difference, the village has a charming feel to it and is ideally placed for accessing the south of the island."

"es ist ein sehr schönes und extrem sauberes Haus. Alles war vorhanden und funktionierte tadellos. Einzig die TV Fernbedienung war völlig zerbrochen, brauchten TV aber eh nicht. Das Haus ist eine Art "Doppelhaus". Das die neuen englichen "Nachbarn" (3 Tage vor Abreise) entsprechend hörbar auffielen war etwas verstörend. Trotz allen, das Haus ist super."

"We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday here with our family (7 people between 16 and 55). The house is in a wonderfully quiet location in the mountains, but you can still quickly explore all the sights of the island by car (a car is a must). The covered terrace and pool also make staying in the house itself a pleasure. The house is very clean and functionally furnished."

"Very good resort, excellent location, nice accommodation, amazing dinner but average breakfast(always same things). The resort is very nice and also all the apartments are good. The dinner has a good choice, with the majority of dishes very good and some also excellent, but the breakfast is quite boring, with few things being good, all the pastry is very poor, same for ham, sausages and eggs. Good food and beach access, terrible coffee

"Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests. "

"First class property with first class facilities representing excellent value for money on AI basis. The dining and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the aloof attitude of the reception staff on arrival and departure who were not even interested enough to ask if we enjoyed our stay. The owners need to address this as it detracts from the other excellent employees."

"Ich fühle mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl.Habe nach 2022 das Hotel das 2. Mal gebucht und es nich bereut. Direkter Zugang zum langen, feinen Sandstrand, nettes Personal, bei Nachfragen wird gerne geholfen und allgemein eine sehr ruhige Anlage. Sicher gibt es etwas Renovierungsbedarf an manchen Stellen, stört mich persönlich aber nicht. Das Gesamtpaket passt für mich, ich fühle mich wohl dort. Für allein Reisende wäre eine Lösung zur Kennzeichnung des Platzes beim Abend essen und in der Bar schön. Mir ist es des öfteren vorgekommen, dass nach dem Gang zum Büfett mein Tisch zwischenzeitlich neu eingedeckt wurde. Spricht ja eigentlich für das motivierte Personal. In der Bar war nach dem Getränke holen mein Platz durch andere Gäste belegt. Eventuell ein Kartensystem oder ähnliches? Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!"
