"It was disappointing to know that no one was present during my stay. I had to call, which did not get answered, and wait to receive texts via WhatsApp to get into the building and my room. It was loud, since other people staying here felt like it was their house and treated the kitchen as if it was their own. We had no way to get dry towels or more toilet paper. The breakfast included, was from a cafe across the street, which we had to go to every morning, and consisted of a coffee and pastry....
