Furnished T3 apartment of 45 m² fully refreshed and composed of an entrance leading to a living room - dining room; an equipped and functional kitchen; a bathroom with bathtub and WC; two bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds and plenty of storage!

This apartment can accommodate 4/5 people since one of the bedrooms is equipped with a bunk bed offering 3 beds. The residence is secured by an intercom with access code.

Sunny and very quiet, you have at your disposal: oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, clothes horse, dishes, television,… Everything to feel like at home you!

Appartement parfait et conforme à la description
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé et vaste. Sa localisation dans les allées d'Etigny et au pied des cabines en font un endroit idéal pour circuler à pied. Un parking public se trouve juste derrière. J'y retournerai sans nul doute et je le recommande vivement.

Appartement bien équipé, il ne manque que le wifi ! Inadapté aux personnes agées qui ont des difficultés a marcher car situé a plus de cinquante mètres de la porte d'entrée. Le propriétaire est réactif et arrangeant.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement situé en plein centre de la petite ville de Bagnères de Luchon. L'accès au télécabines se fait à pied à 5 petites minutes de marche. Si vous souhaitez profiter de la ville ou des thermes, c'est aussi près. Le confort est assez basique mais rien ne manque. Le propriétaire met à disposition des couvertures pour au moins 6 personnes. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème et le contact et l'échange avec le propriétaire est assez aisé. Je recommande pour une famille avec des enfants. Le petit plus est que l'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée, donc pas d'étages as montrer et pas d'attente pour les ascenseurs. Séjour agréable. Je recommande
