Aspra 10 km from Palermo you will find the vacation home Seashore - la Riva. The ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation, between sea, art, culture and good food, and with the ability to easily reach the many attractions nearby such as Bagheria city of villas , Palermo with its Cathedral, The Massimo Theater, Pretoria Square , The Norman Palace, The Palermo street food, famous throughout the world and much more .

The building is located in the heart of the Aspra waterfront. The spacious apartment can accommodate from one to six guests. From its location located on the third floor you can enjoy an evocative and relaxing view especially with its sunsets .

Also in the vicinity of the building you will find bakery, mini market, butcher, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops and ice cream parlors. About 500m away you will find the nautical club for boat and dinghy rentals. The wonderful sandy beaches can be reached on foot .
