"Peaceful, remote, cosy, romantic, well equipped. This is exactly what we wanted for our mini-honeymoon in late summer. Dream view and location. Loved the two hot and cold spa baths, the comfortable bed/pillows, and the cooking utensils. Strongly recommend buying all groceries in advance, the closest shops are a 20 min drive down long windy narrow roads (including essentials - oil, salt, sugar etc.) We cooked all of our own meals, so happy to not have to go into town. "Everyone must stay at Bernard's house, but if you're expecting everything to be very close, this house isn't for you. Bernard and his wife welcomed me and my family who speak very little french, with a lot generosity. They informed us of the local surroundings, shops and nearby hiking paths. The house is superbly fully equipped and very spacious even for a large family. The view's overlooking the mountains are extraordinary even in early morning with a fresh cup of coffee, seeing the sun rise...
