"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). "Cette maison de montagne était charmante et spacieuse…. un rêve ! C'était propre, bien équipé et le propriétaire était gentil et a répondu rapidement. Nous avons acheté des repas, du pâté et de la confiture à Roselyn et Thiery. C'était une option très pratique et les repas étaient délicieux, à base de viande de chasse de Thiery et d'ingrédients frais et locaux. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci."

"Peaceful, remote, cosy, romantic, well equipped. This is exactly what we wanted for our mini-honeymoon in late summer. Dream view and location. Loved the two hot and cold spa baths, the comfortable bed/pillows, and the cooking utensils. Strongly recommend buying all groceries in advance, the closest shops are a 20 min drive down long windy narrow roads (including essentials - oil, salt, sugar etc.) We cooked all of our own meals, so happy to not have to go into town. "Everyone must stay at Bernard's house, but if you're expecting everything to be very close, this house isn't for you. Bernard and his wife welcomed me and my family who speak very little french, with a lot generosity. They informed us of the local surroundings, shops and nearby hiking paths. The house is superbly fully equipped and very spacious even for a large family. The view's overlooking the mountains are extraordinary even in early morning with a fresh cup of coffee, seeing the sun rise...

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Garin dans le chalet de Marina. Le chalet est propre et très bien équipé, le domaine avec ses 9 chalets est vraiment calme. L’emplacement du chalet est central pour aller randonner dans les différentes vallées autour de Bagnères de Luchon. Seule remarque : un dépôt de pain à proximité serait très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

"He estado muy a gusto en esta "résidence". Es un pueblo de vacaciones situado en lo alto de una colina cercana a Seix. No resulta cómodo que sea un dúplex y tener que estar bajando y subiendo todo el rato las escaleras. Estaba limpio exceptuando los cristales de las ventanas. Tiene de todo salvo tostador. "It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost. "

Disappointing overall

"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe parking outside for our motorbikes. "
