"The hotel is run by a lovely French couple. They were extremely nice, interacted with guests quite a bit and even got us a baby bath tube for our baby to be able to have a shower. Having said that, there are a few items which could easily be fixed and which would make anyone's stay better. Firstly, the room was just dirty. "Decided to book L'Exil lodge for Valentines day. If your driving very low car, I would strongly recommend leaving the car in the car park, and take the shuttle directly to the hotel, as the road is very bad to get there. "We stay in this hotel for 3 days. We have changed 3 cottage in 3 days. There was no porter service to carry luggage in the room. Frist they put us in a dark villa with so many room which we did not like. Then we change to other cottage where the safe was not working. "The tent was good, the lunch and dinner were good but the breakfast was poor. We were disappointed with the bed sheets that were not clean, and we were in bad luck with electricity issue it was switching off everyday at 6 am and we should walk all the way down to find someone to fix it, hope they are fixed now. "The staff were extremely accommodating with all requests. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and had plenty of storage space. There were really thoughtful and practical touches in the room. The sea view was amazing. There were extensive water sports available included included in the accommodation fee. The jacuzzi is outdoors but was incredible. There was not as extensive a range of food as at other resorts of this calibre but this did not detract from the fabulous stay in any way. "
