The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. "Hotel is right across the courtyard from the Royal Palace and a short walk from most of the other sites one would want to visit as a tourist. Rooms were good sized and well-appointed with great bed and well-outfitted bathrooms. Staff were helpful in recommending restaurants nearly and answering other tourist-related questions. Definitely a good place to stay for its location although about 15 minute walk away from the train station."
