Good hotel in budget
Me and my friend visited Goa in August 2013. We check on expedia and get this hotel in good deal. Hotel is not visible from road but good nature experience. Its on the way to Baga from Calangute beach. Swiming pool is also good, but closed at 6 PM :(.

Pleasant stay with a good view
We had a pleasant stay in the hotel right in the heart of north goa with a pool facility it makes for an ideal vacation even the facilities for hiring a bike is at the doorstep but I would suggest to look for other options as far as hiring the bike is concerned as it may be work out to be cheap. One of the hotel staff was not ready to change the towel and bedsheet when asked which was quite shocking but when we talked to Taranjeet the problem was looked after. The rooms are very clean with a good washroom and with a good view I would suggest this place if you are planning a trip to Goa.

Unpleasant stay
no electricity for 1 day during our stay of 3 days.Hotel staff is very rude. Room service is very poor.you have to tell them each and everything thrice to get the things to be done.Hotel owner has attitude problem.need to bear that as well.

Only for Bachelorates and a BIG NO for Families!!
PROS- Hotel is in the hot spot, just opp lane of Tito's pub and walkable distance to calingute beach and 5 mins walk to Baga beach and close to Pride casino. Hotel's lady owner was very friendly n she even gave map drawn on a paper for our easy Navigation. CONS - On my arrival couldn't find Receiponist for half an hour. Receiponist guy is useless and doesnt know any local details. No helpers in Hotel so the same Guy workes as all rounder. They gave us the room in the 3rf Floor of the Hotel and NO LIFTS IN HOTEL. Parking in too small and its for only their own Vehicles. we have to park under some tree and finding this hotels parking WAY is a big PUZZEL. the Lane is so small that your car goes thru it ear to ear. No breakfast provided. No new soaps n towels provide everyday. we got one piece of Re.5/- Lifebuoy soap n 2 towels for all 3 days of my stay. No fresh towels everyday. Water Bottels in Hotel is Hand filled from local water supply into Kingfisher bottels and ahhew i didn't dare to take a sip from it. Pls avoid. FINAL VERDICT - Dont expect any Service from them. Its a self serve kind of Hotel. i got 70% off from expedia while booking so it was R.S 520/per day for two of us friends. Unbeleivable Cheap Rooms, But Good for only BUDGET Bachelors and Men's trip. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES. Families spend some few bucks and get a good Hotel Guys.. Cheers..
