"Beautiful apartment with a view of coastal area and Mt Etna. Spacious and clean. Getting into town does require walking many stairs but it is worth the walk. We walked into town then took a taxi home each day. "

"The region between Milazzo and Messina is not really nice. But Cala Marina is an oasis in there. Great garden (with Yakuzzi!), only a few footsteps to the sea. We spend days and evenings on the terraces (independ of the weather). House is well equipped. Really friendly owners."

"We were really hoping to have a view of Mt. Etna and did believe we would have it, but we couldn’t see the volcano from the any if the windows or balcony, which is a shame as it was erupting when we were there. It was excruciatingly hot when we arrived in the apartment. It took a very long time to get the apartment cool enough for us. The beds were not super great. It was also a little further from the beach than we anticipated however the walk was easy and the beach was fun, there were...

"The property is beautiful and big. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were gracious and friendly. Check in and out was easy. I liked that it was north, away from the main part of the city. Car needed but it fit our plans perfectly. "

"This property is ideal for a quiet break. the gardens and views are really remarkable. The area is so quiet. Its probably not so great with children as there are 200 steps to town or same to beach otherwise its taxis which cost a bit. Breakfast was great for the view, pehaps a little pricey for the content. Beers and wines from reception were great value. The nearby beaches are very crowded.The town of Catania is beautiful, less busy at night than daytime. The theatro is splendid. Would come...

The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! "I loved this property. It was in a very beautiful location. It's not a very convenient location for walking, you need to take the taxi to get the station station and bus stop was not easy to find. The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy and airport to see what they can do with speeding up process. The breakfast was delicious. Btw this was there last week before they close for the season November 8-15. "

Unforgettable Honeymoon

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."
