"This place is a hidden gem, aside from the place being nice and clean, staff are very welcoming as well as the manager. Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. "We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool!
