"Initially we got lost while following Google maps. We had to Google hotel phone number even though we had booked through Expedia. We had purchased breakfast package. Choices were too many and food was good. One negative experience was the frontdesk folks want us to have them call taxi so they get some percent. Otherwise stay was good."

"My parents visited after I booked this property for them without much idea of lrje area and property. As per their feedback getting their isn’t straight and area feels odd. Doesn’t feel like resort as looked so nice in pic. Property isn’t maintained up to the standards of the pic. and their service was just OK. "

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "
