We wanted a spot that was away from it all and we got just what we wanted. The property has a very well appointed single wide pre-fab home that isn't much to look at on the outside, but looks and feels great on the inside. There is a full kitchen with most every tool you may need, lots of spices and many condiments, large fridge, and a dishwasher. There are 2 smart TV's, books, games, and art supplies for entertainment. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a bunch of nice extra things one might want at a place like this (dog bowl and bed, inflatable mattress, high chair and pack and play, etc.). The only problem I had inside the home was a lack of water pressure in the shower, but it was enough to get the job done.
The home is at the very top of a ridgeline with views to both sides (albeit some power lines somewhat interfere with the view to the east). There are other properties around, but they are sufficiently far away. The outside area is long and narrow, and there is a pretty steep slope to the west that I wouldn't trust really small kids around (mine were ok at 5 and 9). The hot tub and the fire pit were a big hit with the children.
We chose this area to hit up King's Canyon to play in the snow (mid March). This place had an annual pass we could use to get in, and there is a relatively direct (but winding) paved path to the park. We were able to sled and play in the snow just a few miles into the park.
We had a great stay! Absolutely gorgeous this time of year.
