Close to shops, beach and quiet and peaceful lay out. With the bonus of horses over the back fence - we had an excellent time. "We stayed there with our show dogs as we had a show in Ulverstone which was less than 15 mins away. Great secure backyard for dogs to relax in after the shows each day. And sat out with them on the front porch enjoying the lovely weather. Lovely and quiet area which was good as our dogs remained quiet too. House was a bit warm at night but very comfy overall. Had everything you need. "

"The property had great views and was in a perfect location for exploring the Tamar and Launceston area. It was a peaceful setting located adjacent to a lovely winery.The property was a little bit tired and could do with some TLC to make it loved again. The kitchen was pretty disappointing and could do with an upgrade. Bathroom was excellent. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced and the sofa bed was terrible.
