"Our room was huge, way bigger than we needed. Check in was a bit difficult. At first the code she gave me to get my key didn't work and then she didn't explain that I needed to go to the room on the side of the building. There is a deep tub but no Sauna even though they advertise one as an amenity so that was disappointing but they're doing construction behind the building so that could be why. The parking lot was full when we arrived which was a pain but the street parking is free. "

"Iflg. vejledningen var der indtjekning fra kl. 15.00. Vi ankom ca. kl. 16. Der var en klokke, man kunne ringe på, men der kom aldrig nogen, så vi forlod stedet og fandt et andet i nærheden, Hotel-Restaurant St. Hubertusjagt, med en super service. Så alle bedømmelser af Weißes Roß ligger i midten, da vi ikke kan udtale os om hotellets standard inden døre. Der var klistret en seddel op i vinduet, at restauranten var lukket. Ude fra virkede det bestemt ikke særligt tiltalende - levede slet ikke op...

"Wir haben uns (älteres Ehepaar mit Hund) vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Hierzu hat neben der hohen Qualität der FeWo auch die unkomplizierte und außergewöhnlich freundliche Betreuung durch die Eltern der Vermieterin beigetragen. Die sehr saubere FeWo lässt anhand der Einrichtung, vieler nützlicher Details und der geschmackvollen Deko erkennen, dass man großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich der Gast zu Hause fühlt und einem erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Harz-Region nichts mehr im Wege steht....
