一等地に建つ大きな建物、ただし外観は手入れされておらず、さびれた雰囲気。学校休みのシーズンだったにもかかわらず、宿泊客は少なく、広いホテルなだけに寂しさが際立っていた。かつては人気の高級ホテルだったのだろうという印象。 部屋は古いながらも清潔で、広くて快適。

A great tradition
My wife comes to frankfurt each year on business. We make a point of coming to baden baden beforehand to unwind after the flight from the US, and we always stay at the steigenberger. We get great service and especially love coming down in the morning to have breakfast in style. This has now become an annual event.

Desperately in need of updating
I've stayed at many Steigenberger hotels, and it's hard to believe that this one is a part of the chain. The decor was dated, not by historic standards, but just by those of freshness and convenience. Instead of air conditioning, there was a 5 foot pedestal floor fan, which didn't provide any comfort on the hot day we arrived. The TV in the room was a 1980's, 15 inch model, placed so that there was no comfortable place to view it from. The key to the door was one of those old types which you have to turn several times in order to open or lock the door. There was no pool -- just the same certificate all the hotels give for a discount at the Caracalla Baths. I was so disappointed that we left the afternoon we arrived, and booked two rooms at a more modern hotel near the casino that was actually lower in price and had air conditioning. When I explained to the manager that I realized that there was a no-refund policy and that we would at least return every morning for the what would be the most expensive breakfasts of our lives, he acted as if I was asking for a refund. I heard other guests complain about the paid parking and expectation of a pool.

Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, der Empfang am Abend vorrauseilend freundlich, Der Garagenpreis wurde nicht erwähnt. Service beim Empfang sehr gut. Auf Kofferholdienst zur Abreise wurde nicht extra hingewiesen. Eine Glühbirne am Bett funktionierte nicht. Frühstückspersonal freundlich aber mäßig interessiert an späteren Gästen. Information über Räumung des Buffets erfolgt nicht , die Räumung aber überpünktlich. Vorabendlicher Service eher unaufmerksam. Sauna und Wellnessbereich wunderschön aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. Sauberkeit dort im Aussenbereich etwas nachlässig. Bei der Abreise etwas desinteressierter Service an der Rezeption, Das Auto stand schon bereit, aber niemand erinnerte sich, dass es nicht mehr in der Garage war. Unnötige Wartezeiten,. Alles in allem fehlte etwas der Schliff beim Personal. Einer überfreundlich, der andere pikiert über Wünsche. Dass die Fenster in den Gängen überholungsbedürftig sind ist offensichtlich, man hat das Gefühl, dass das tolle Haus ein auslaufendes Modell sein könnte. Wäre schade drum.

バーデンバーデン駅から路線バス２０１系統で中心街のレオポルトプラッツまで約２０分（２．３€）。バス停から徒歩１分の便利な立地。建物はさすがに歴史を感じるちょっとした古い宮殿のようですが、手入れは行き届いています。フリードリッヒやカラカラ浴場も徒歩５～６分で行けました。朝食の種類もドイツにしては豊富で、白ソーセージもありました。気になったことは、チェックインの際日本国パスポートを提示したにも関わらず、中国語のガイド冊子を渡されたことと、書類に「ｋｏｒｅａ」と書いてあったことです。中国からの団体客が入っていたのでそう思われたのでしょう。

Clasic old style rooms and spacious hotel spaces nicely kept with good attentative service. Very flexible for visiting hotel guests especially forbrief parking opportunity in front of the hotel. Entrance to the hotel steps should be improved as nobody helps with luggages or small carrying bags .

Während unserer Deutschlandrundreise haben wir im Steigenberger Europäischer Hof eine Nacht verbracht. Das Hotel war mit den anderen verglichen preislich im vorderen Drittel. Beim Besichtigen unseres Zimmers waren wir geschockt: viele grosse Flecken auf dem Teppich(!!), 5 ausgeschlagene Stellen bei der Badamatur, schmutzige Badewanne... Also ab zum Reklamieren an die Reception: Da wurde uns erklärt dass unsere Zimmerkategorie die billigste sei und das Hotel 5* habe... Auf die Frage, ob sie uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten können, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass in dieser Kategorie kein Zimmer mehr frei sei, aber in der nächst höheren Kategorie, dies koste aber 40.- Euro mehr. Nach Besichtigung nahmen wir dieses.. 20.- Euro für s Auto abstellen fanden wir auch happig. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war grimmig und wirkte unzufrieden. Für dieses Erlebnis haben wir fast 280.- CHF bezahlt!!! Für uns ist klar: wenn wieder mal Baden-Baden, dann SICHER NICHT in dem Hotel!!!!

Отель внешне выглядит куда лучше, чем внутри. Маленький шумный плохо проветриваемый номер, в Спа не оказалось бассейна, только купель, с периодичностью работы саун не разобрались, массажные форсунки в купели не работают. Завтрак обильный, но невкусный: просто так подобраны продукты и приготовлена пища. Везде ощущение непродуманности. Не стоит своих звезд и денег.
