With 8 of us staying, Lee organised to have all the beds and futons made up which was perfect. Lee was really communicative before and during our stay which was great. "Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. "

"The house was a perfect place for a long overdue family holiday. 14 of our family stayed for a long weekend, communication with host was excellent the house itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard the house was extremely well maintained and very clean. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again"

"Perfect for want we wanted. Came over from NZ to visit family and friends."

"We had an amazing 3 days/2 nights away at The Old Rectory which was perfectly facilitated by Sarah and her fantastic property. There was plenty of space to do whatever we wanted - swim in the pool, play table tennis in the games room, play boules and walk the dogs in the grounds, have nice dinners in the kitchen and dining room and play games in one of the three lounges. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided and helped to contribute to a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Sarah...
