"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The travel service is great and their communication is excellent. The gym was really nice too...My only compliant is there is a bit of a musty smell on the 4th floor but other than that it's great."

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"Good stay. The only thing was that there was confusion because it was advertised that there "free breakfast" and when we went to breakfast they said that it was not included in our package. The booking confirmation did not clearly state one way or other but the original booking said "free breakfast." "

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. "Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"It was a delightful property. Deer come right up to your room's window and look in at you. Their dinner spread was good both in taste and in variety, and this is amazing considering it was a jungle resort and so far from any city. We were eight adults and a toddler, and all of us had a lot of fun. The hotel booked us for a dawn safari; and we also used the pool, the game room, and the children's trampoline."

"We went there for a heritage experience, but though the property is good from the outside, the experience inside the hotel is not so great. The bathrooms in the heritage rooms are not so clean and rooms lack maintenance. We got a huge room though and it looked great when you enter but it still needs maintenance. Also this place is frequently used for film shooting, and you get disturbed even past midnight and sleeping there gets difficult, as the hotel is prepared late evenings till midnight at...
