"This is a lovely apartment with great views of the sea and a beautiful garden/ eating area on the terrace. The apartment inside is comfortable and the kitchen works well. We spent 5 weeks in the apartment and cooked multiple meals a week. You can walk to the heart of Menton in just over 5 mins and the beach in 10 minutes. The last 200 meters or so back up is a bit steep but at 59 with a bad knee I made it without any difficulty and would not hesitate to stay here again. Michele’s communication...

"We were on an Inter-rail trip, so easy access to the train was important to us. This apartment was perfect for us in that regard. The place has an odd mix of crockery, furniture, etc. but it was reasonably clean (a little dusty). I would certainly stay there again"

"Literally just 5 minutes from Menton train station. Short 10 minute walk to the beach. Local supermarket just 5 or 10 minutes depending which one you go too. Perfect location for getting into Monaco as it's only a 7 to 10 minutes on the train which costs about £2.50 for a single ticket. Kerine is a lovely host. Very helpful and easy to contact if need be. "We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful Mill house. The house is decorated with good taste, how it looks is amazing. There is space enough for family with five persons. It’s nice how peaceful the area is. It takes about 5min to drive to the beach and to restaurants etc. We made long runs and walks in the morning to the hills and saw nice little villages there.
