There were no room services or cleaning of any kind for 7 days. Our beds were left unmade and untouched. We received fresh towels on day 6, after asking for them. All towels are worn and frayed. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings and walls were dusty and tired. You can’t get even a glass of water or coffee anywhere on the premises...
