"Large group of family (9 adults) stayed for a few days. It was very clean and several people took advantage of the sauna. Lenggries was very nice, we spent one day on the mountain, which is very convenient to the house. Walking distance to the train station so we didn't need to rent a car."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A...

"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Sehr angenehm, super schöne Wohnung, sehr schöner Balkon, sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, toller Brötchenservice, super Lage nähe Schliersee / Miesbach / Tegernsee etc, Es gab nur ein kleines Manko, aber es ging bedingt das ja alles da war auch, die Besteckschublade ist unter dem Herd. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub beim Zipflwirt im Ursprungstal bei Bayrischzell. Vom Vermieter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit interessanten Informationen und Anekdoten rund um unseren Urlaub versorgt. Unsere Wohnung mit Balkon und herrlichem Blick in die Berge war mir viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Die Lage ist zum Ausspannen traumhaft, ein Quellwasserbeclen und eine große Liegewiese sind auch vorhanden. Wir hatten einen rundum traumhaften Urlaub ! August 2023"

"Diese Ferienwohnung liegt absolut ruhig, ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tiefgaragenplatz und Aufzug sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Grundstück (Ablageplatz) ist nicht berauschend und der Check-in mit dem Schlüsselkasten ist optimierbar. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung wieder auswählen und sie daher auch empfehlen."

"Super Möglichleit des Check-Ins, einfach unkompliziert. Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank in einem Schlafzimmer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die bei Problemen sehr schnell die Probleme lösen. Die Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft sind total praktisch. Auch die 2 Balkone sind sehr schön. Am besten gefiel uns aber das Angrbot der Tegernsee Card. Damit fuhr man am Tegernsee mit den Öffentlichen und konnte 2 Stationen mit dem Schiff pro Tag fahren. Viele Angebote sind damit auch...

"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture.
