"Our visit to Murnau was spectacular! 25 minute drive to picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was very large and had plenty of space for our 2 families, we were a total of 7 people. Free Wifi for all to be connected. We lit the fireplace every night, which added a magical touch for the month of December. We walked every night to our restaurants and to the lake directly from the house. We had a last minute addition of an additional person and it was no problem to make up an extra bed....

"We loved staying at the Flachshaus. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space for our group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children) to eat together and hang out in the evening. The house is new and very beautiful and functional. Each sleeping space has its own bathroom with shower, which was so convenient for us. "Staying here was the highlight of our family's European vacation. Beautiful property, nice people, great surroundings for a variety of activities for all ages close by. Impeccably clean. Shopping, restaurants, swimming, hiking in the forest, nature centers, grocery store all very close. Also close train to visit Munich and other cities. Just relaxing in the beautiful property was great. We hope to return here again soon!"
