Enjoy your holiday in our spacious, completely renovated in winter 2015/16, and exclusively furnished apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery in a quiet residential area with a wonderful view. It can be launched directly from there to hiking and biking. It is about 120 square meters, has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, large kitchen with dining area, living room / conservatory room with reading area and a sofa bed and a 25 sqm terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, which also awnings can be shaded. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. Towels and bed linen are provided. The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, WiFi and Internet Radio. It is a Non smoking apartment and suitable for allergy sufferers.  Pets are not allowed. For bicycles, there is a garaging. An additional bed for two more people is possible.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden
Wir haben die 9 Tage sehr genossen. Waren jeden Tag wandern und konnten Nachmittags auf der sehr schönen Terrasse entspannen und auch noch toll grillen. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht in den Garten (Park)! Sehr geräumige und schöne alte Villa. Tolles Wandergebiet. Im Ort alle Geschäfte vorhanden. Zu Fuß 1,40 km, egal ob zum Griechen oder zum Italiener. Wir hatten aber auch Glück mit dem Wetter!

Sehr schöne FeWo mit Ausblick
Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse in Garten und darüber hinaus war morgens und abends eine Erholung an sich. Die Wohnung liegt weitgehend ruhig oben am Waldesrand, nur mit etwas Autoverkehr der Anlieger. Ein kleines Manko: Wie in fast allen Ferienwohnungen fehlte uns auch hier eine 2. Leselampe.

Tolle Villa mit schönem Garten
Schöne alte Villa, Wohnung modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Große Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kurzer Weg in die City.

tolle Ferienwohnung mit Charme
Es ist eine schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz. Das Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich bietet viel Licht und bei schönen Wetter kann man auf der großen Terasse den Tag genießen mit Blick in den wundervollen Garten. Es gibt eine große Küche in der gemeinsam gekocht werden kann. Die Bäder und auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einer alten Villa am Waldesrans. Hier findet man Ruhe, sowie Entspannung vom stressigen Alltag. Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Allerdings sollte man erwähnen, das das 2. Bad außerhalb, ge der Wohnung(im Hausflur) liegt. Im Winter und nachts doch etwas kühl.

Top Wohnung - Top Urlaub
Diese Wohnung ist noch viel größer und schöner wie auf den Fotos. Alles neu renoviert und sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Es ist die beste Wohnung die wir bisher hatten ( wir mieten nur Ferienwohnungen im Inn- und Ausland). Die große Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da wir im Februar dort waren. Diese Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald und in der Nacht konnte man sogar einen Kautz hören. Alles sehr ruhig. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen. Das Highlight für uns war der Ausflug mit der Dampflock zum Brocken. Dort hatten wir eine traumhafte Schneelandschaft. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub....dank dieser schönen und ruhigen Wohnung.
