Beautiful apartment in a well tended residence. Ideal apartment for all peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. The apartment is only accessible via a few steps. Thus, ideally suited for the elderly. The south-facing balcony guarantees a light-flooded and bright apartment. It has a modern, high quality fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a washer-dryer. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with all the other necessary things such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed with high quality mattresses and a wardrobe.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for 10 euros / per person added. This payment will be made locally.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Für eine Ferienwohnung war sie außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet - von Küchengeräten über Putzmittel bis hin zu Badprodukten war sehr viel vorhanden.

Da hat alles gepasst!
Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief alles bestens. Unsere Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe und Aufteilung für zwei Personen. Aussicht Berge für Flachlandtiroler eine Freude. Kostenlos parken direkt vor der Tür auf dem Grundstück. Ruhige Lage am Wald/Stadtrand und trotzdem auch zu Fuß Innenstadt usw. schnell zu ereichen. Einrichtung relativ neu, praktisch und vollständig. Bad ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig in Ordnung. Sauberkeit auch gut. Ein paar Spinnweben an etwas entlegeneren Ecken waren schnell beseitigt. Küchenfenster haben wir von außen wegen des schönes Blickes nachgeputzt. Alles nicht dramatisch. Wir waren sehr gerne da.

Das Objekt ist grundsätzlich in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung ausreichend und die Matratzen sauber und bequem. Nicht passend dazu ist die Schlafcouch. Sie wies eine entsprechende Optik auf: fleckig, durchgesessen und instabil. Ein Austausch ist dringend erforderlich. Auf Fahrradurlauber ist man noch nicht eingestellt; die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im sog.Kriechkeller des Nachbarhaus ist mit einer Deckenhöhe von 1,50 m wenig geeignet.

Schönes Haus am Waldrand
Wir waren fünf Tage in einer modern und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung mit Balkon in Südlage oberhalb der Stadt am Waldrand. Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt.

Gut gelegenes Objekt in ruhiger Lage.
Die Ferienwohnung ist an sich sehr gut die Aufteilung hat uns auch gefallen und ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist ,es könnte etwas sauberer sein ,das Geschirr und die Couch waren nicht ganz so sauber aber allgemein würde ich es weiterempfehlen.

Helle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick aus Küchenfenster und Balkon. Alles vorhanden, um auch mal selbst zu Kochen, inkl. Spülmaschine ... kleiner Tipp für Bestell- und Lieferservice: Orient Express in Bad Sachsa, schnelle Lieferung und sehr leckere Pizzen und Salat :-)

Kleines, gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartment in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage am Waldrand. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es, da der einzige große Topf nicht Induktionsgeeignet ist und kochen damit sehr anstrengend und zeitaufwendig wurde.

Hätte besser sein können !
Das Objekt liegt etwas außerhalb am Waldrand. Auf den vorhandenen Bildern im Internet ist leider nicht zu erkennen, dass es sich um ein sehr kleines Bad mit Mini-Dusche im 80er-Jahre-Stil handelt. Am meisten störte aber, dass der Hausmeister an 3 Tagen bereits um 6 h tätig wurde, bzw. um 7h morgens ums Haus den Rasen mähte. Etwas länger und mehr Ruhe hätten die Gäste schon verdient !!! Zudem war die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt und unsauberes Geschirr fand sich im Schrank .

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht (Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Spülmittel, etc). Das Badezimmer wirkt dunkel und passt von der Einrichtung nicht zum Rest der Wohnung. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht!

Organisation hervorragend, aber zu hellhörig
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und wie im Internet beschrieben. Ganz toll waren der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine (mit Trockner!). Das Objekt ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was z. B. im Bad sichtbar wird, aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Was ich als echtes Manko empfunden habe, ist die mangelnde Lärmdämmung sowohl im Haus selbst als auch in Bezug auf die Fenster. Dadurch ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Von unserem Balkon blickte man auf den Parkplatz (angekündigt war Bergblick, aber die Berge kamen erst weit hinter dem Parkplatz) und wir hörten zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit die ankommenden und abfahrenden Autos. Somit waren die Nachtruhe und der Erholungswert eher mäßig: Daher die wenigen Sterne für die Gesamtbewertung.

Klein, aber fein. Ruhig und schön gelegen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Ausgangspunkt für Trips. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - auch Kindergeschirr und Stuhl stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
